Women's health (obstetric) course??

Hi,

Has anyone done the FitBacksandBumps courses,name the Instructor Course? I'm returning from maternity leave and keen to do something flexible and in time have an additional income alongside nhs work. I'm interested in specializing in women's health,but not sure I'm ready for a full Masters. I'm fully trained in clinical pilates but this course looks like a good preliminary step into women's health and very useful for starting my own business.
Any feedback on the Instruction Course? Would you recommend it??
