stiff, heavy pain in calves, back from flat feet

Hi,
First noticed while playing sport, heavy,stiffness pain in back of legs. Then started to affect me during non exercising times.
More recently the back has become weak and sore.
Wearing orthotics now over almost 2 years.
Could this really all b from flat feet??

Any suggestions, much appreciated

Dear Ryan, I must say that you should avoid sprinting unless you are properly warmed up and stretched your calves.
