What are the best Europe's universities to work in USA?

Hey everyone, maybe my question isn't clear enough. I want to become a physio, but I want to work in USA. I live in Europe, so studying in USA isn't an option for me (too expensive). Also, I know that it is pretty hard to migrate to USA for physio work. What universities would be the best to study in keeping in mind future plans about USA? I kind of think about Scotland (RGU in particular) because of their 4 years course, but i am not sure.
