I qualified in the UK in 2000 and worked for 7 years in the NHS before entering the private sector. I have been working in Barcelona since 2013. I treat all neuromusculoskeletal injuries and dysfunction using the varied aspects of my training. This could involve exercises, joint mobilisations, muscle activations, acupuncture, muscle energy techniques and many other methods.I also teach post-natal Modified pilates. I treat in both English and Castellaño.
