Urgent guidance needed! 3rd trial attemp failed.

Hello All,

i am new to the forum.
Could anyone in the forum guide in my below situation.

I arrived in Canada in 2012. Got all my documents evaluated and ielts cleared by mid 2013. Attempted my first written exam in November 2013. Unfortunately I failed.
today I got results of my 3rd trial. And I failed again.

Am I still eligible to give 4th trial? If so do I have to submit any documents to alliancept for next trial permit?

Please guide.
