Practice Management Software - new treatment notes with annotation and signatures

I have just picked up the client liaison role for PracticePal, a web based Practice Management software tool.
We have today launched a completely re-designed treatment notes module, where you can upload and annotate forms and images on any device.
Using a tablet for example, you can take photos, import images and consent forms for signing by the patient directly in the application.
We have a number of templates and charts populated in the system already, but are keen to add more so the product meets the needs of all practitioners.
