Job opportunities for overseas physiotherapist( india) Melbourne

Hi there..
I am a physiotherapist with 5 years of experience and eligible to apply for registration.
I have an interim certificate and a permanent residency visa. I need to know how to go about applying for jobs. I currently reside in India but will move to Melbourne in May. I know can get my limited registration if I find an employer. The trouble is there isn't many who want therapist with just an interim certificate. Also I have experience in both ortho and neuro. But I want to work in paediatrics if possible. Can anyone suggest me any path ways.
