how would you go about opening your own home health therapy company? There are a few around my area who contract with home health agencies and local hospitals to provide coverage for home health therapy services that they can not handle-they take the overflow-seems like a pretty easy gig that you could run out of your own home for a while to get started-any ideas on where to start? and how do you get medicare compliant to do this?
