Not sure what this means?? Can you help?

I had an MRI on my left hip last week, and the MRI showed that "The left femoral neck is shortened with a slightly flattened femoral head and the acetabulum is shallow. This is longstanding and likely to be due to an epiphyseal slip"

What does that mean?
