Patient have a fracture of right lower end of femur with plate and screw fixation since 3and half mnths.He is 25 yr old.Has restricted range of fiexion and last 10 degree extension lag.Flexion range is arond 65 degree.HE has done physiothrapy since 1 and 1/2 mnth.He allowed full weight bering..My question is how can i gain almost full range of knee flexion and extension?

is end of movement soft or hard?
if soft: warm it up, massage, stretch ( eg. postisometrical relaxation) then stimulate muscles to keep new rage ( pnf, reciprocal inhibition etc)

end of movement is hard..and i tried almost evreything for range.before month he had neck femur fracture on the same leg..again he came for treatment..
now what else i can do?
