Internship in the UK

Hi !

I'm a studying physiotherapy in France and i'm very interested in having an experience in UK. But i'm a bit lost and i'd be happy if some of you could help me.
I'd like to do an internship in london during my last year of studies.
Do you know good clinics, physiotherapy centers, or physiotherapist that work in their own office ("private practice" right?) ?
I'm more specifically looking for physiotherapy in 3 domains : pain treatment / Sports / neurology (reeducation of hemiplegic...)
I'm willing to learn new technics and discover the english physiotherapy.

If you have any advises, any experiences to share, i'd be very happy to read that.
