Brachial Plexus Palsy, Erb's Palsy - Recommended Physiotherapist or Physiotherapy Clinic in London

I urgently need to find a very experienced private ( or not ) Physiotherapist or Physiotherapy Clinic in London, specialising in treating a very young patients (0-6months) with Erb's Palsy.
Any recommendations? Any opinion of the physiotherapists team at Wellington Hospital or the Harley Street Children's hospital?
