working in Australia whilst registering

Hi everyone,
I'll be going to Perth in a few months on my husbands visa and would like to work as a physiotherapist again. I have gained my degree in Germany and have worked in Germany(Neuro and Age care 4yrs) and England (pediatrics 1 1/2yrs). Currently I'm at home with our daughter, but want to return to work once settled in Perth. I am aware that the registration process takes a lot of time and money, but I was wondering if there are companies who would supervise/sponsor you whilst gaining your registration or if you could work as a physio assistant.
I have also heard about limited registration,but don't know what that includes yet.
I appreciate anything that helps me.

Hi, are you still looking for advice on this?

I have completed the Australian Physiotherapy Exams and have some great resources, plus lots of advice on how best to do all this.

I worked under supervised practice initially.
