Severe neck pain: What to do?

I'm suffering from severe neck due to my work nature. I work in an IT firm and I think it's the cause of my neck pain. I used to keep hot pack almost all days. I'm not able to tolerate the pain. One of my friends suggested undergoing neck pain relief treatment from a clinic in Oakville. Does anyone have any idea regarding this treatment? I would like to know if it is worth spending money. Thanks!!

Hi Denise, it's not a question of treating pain... Pain is caused by some problem, which has to be evaluated by a professional. After identifying the problem, one part of the treatment will be to alleviate pain, but you have to treat the cause of the pain. You should see a physiotherapist, specialized in back problems.
