I do Prolotherapy injections into the Foot, ankle and Knee ...
Similar to you I'm looking to include PRP if prolo fails.....
I think at the moment it's outside of our scope of practice ....I tried to find a Regenex clinic in the UK ...But there doesn't seem to be any established as of yet ....
