Career Options with Physio degree(indian) in Australia & Canada

Hi, I am a practising physiotherapist in Ireland and i am looking to move. I am confused between australia and canada, also i want to take up more non clinical roles like insurance companies, rehabilitation manager, clinic manager etc..What are the options that a physio degree holder can apply for jobs? Also which would be a better place to move?
P.S- i am interested in studying management courses. Any suggestions and experiences are welcome.
