Ac joint shoulder pain 7 months 😔😔

Please help.

I have had a.c. joint pain in my right shoulder for over 7 months. I have been to the doctors and have had around 8 physio session but still it's no better than when I first noticed the pain. Unfortunately i cannot afford anymore physio at this time so your help is more than appreciated.

The injury didn't occur in one single motion, it came on over time. The pain only hurts when weight is applied otherwise i have full range of motion. I cannot perform a single push up without a sharp pain at my ac joint. Also the pain happens when performing a front raise with a dumbell and only starts to hurt after my arm has passed 45 degree mark if that makes sense. Otherwise I can do all other activities/lifts including lateral raise with no pain what so ever

I have gone on numerous courses of anti inflammatory and ice regularly too. I'm also performing dumbell rotation for rotator cuff twice a day

Any advice I will appreciated extremely

If you get sharp pains with use, it sounds like it is unstable. Prolotherapy with 25% dextrose injection should be able to help that.
