Cant find the cause of tightness in tibialis/calf

Hi guys,
I've been having a problem with my tibialis/calf area for about 1 year now. It happened ever since a year ago when I twisted my spine. My spine has obviously been resolved since then by a chiropractor but for some reason, no matter what I do, I can't find the cause for the tightness in the tibialis and calf area, I have been getting massages, dry needling and accupuncture for about 4 months now and still no one can figure out what the cause is. Does anyone here have any insight as to what it may be?
