Budgeting for the new season - sports teams

Hi guys,

As a recently qualified sports therapist, I'm starting to do volunteering work for some local rugby teams. The first team I have met have asked me to take over for the season and look after all their medical supplies. My duties are going to be fairly basic, massage and treatment at their one training session per week and then pre-match massage and taping on a Saturday. They run two teams so roughly 30-40 players are at the club.

The first thing they would like me to do is some up with a shopping list for them. I'm just wondering if anyone had any guidance on how much I should be asking them to order? Do people find it best to order on a monthly basis or do you buy in more bulk? What things tend to run out quickest in terms of the types of tape and other equipment? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
