This questionnaire is addressed for people had acute cruciate ligament(ACL) tear.
My name is George Kordatos and I'm an undergraduate student at the University of the Aegean, in Syros, specifically at the Department of Product and System Design Engineering. I'm currently working on my diploma thesis in order to design and develop a smart device for tracking and guiding during rehabilitation exercises after acute cruciate ligament rupture(ACLr). Being an injured patient myself, it is a challenge for me to work on the specific subject. This questionnaire will be used strictly for the purposes of my diploma thesis and any personal information gathered will be treated as private and confidential.
