What Can WE improve?

Good afternoon everyone,

I was wondering yesterday what portions of physiotherapy we can improve upon? Whether that relates to assessment, treatment, education of pathology, patient adherence or anything else that you can think of.

Simply put what can we do better for our patients, what can we change to increase our effectiveness?

Im choosing to leave the topic broad as not to exclude anything from the initial net casting. any problem big or small you've contacted in a clinic, talking with other professionals, or any other time throughout your career or education.
