Overhead Athlete with Partial Tear

Hi Guys,

Im a sports enthusiast and play cricket on a professional level. I am fast bowler so lots of overhead and repetitive movements are involved. Its been 5 months I am suffering from chronic shoulder pain if I lift my hand over the shoulder. I went to my physiatrist and he injected cortisone injection which didnt help one bit and he told me that you will be up and running in 7 days. I wana play so bad please guide me my MRI report is attached
