Back injury treatment - Need help!

Hi! I slipped and fell down the stairs two days ago and I hurt my back. I am not able to stand and sit. Walking is extremely painful. This is the worst pain I have ever felt in my life. My mom applied ointment and placed hot water bag on the affected area. I feel relaxed after applying the ointment and the hot water bag. But after few hours I started experiencing the same pain that I had before. So I took painkillers to get relief from the pain. The next morning also I woke up with severe back pain. When I discussed this with my friend, she suggested undergoing back injury treatment from Toronto. I took an appointment with the clinic for tomorrow. Has anyone had undergone a back injury treatment before? How was your experience? Please share!
