Knee Not Bending post femur and tibia surgery

Hi Everyone,

My Knee is not bending post femur and tibia surgery.
I had an accident 4 months back and I broke my femur and tibia bones.
I had a complex fracture.
Two titanium rods are inserted inside my legs.
My bones are healing but my leg is not bending more than 60 degrees.
I am very worried about this as I can't perform normal life activities.
My knee was not hurt during accident but it is very stiff now.
what is the reason for this and what's the solution.
Anyone please suggest.

In general, it is very difficult, near impossible to give any advice from the distance.
Treatment depends on your goals, needs and the assessment outcome. There are many many variables.
May I recommend for you to see a Physiotherapist. Your therapist will undertake the neccessary tests and will be able to discuss a treatment plan with you.

It's impossible to know what's your problem from your description, but I think visiting a good physiotherapist may help.
