How Are You Getting Clients To Your Clinic?

I am just wondering if anyone needs help attracting new clients to their clinic? What marketing are you currently doing? What is frustrating about promoting your clinic?

We launch social media campaign on a monthly basis (well, it's one per 2-3 months) with some features for new clients and stuff to promote ourselves and show how cool our clinic is.
Besides we organize some kind of a "client day" when everyone interested may come in and know something about physiotherapy and how to keep fit for a long time.
