Indian Physiotherapist and Sports and Exercise Scientist from New Zealand

Hello,
I am an Indian Physiotherapist and Sports and Exercise Scientist from New Zealand.I want to change the country. So can anyone suggest me and help me which country gives registration and practicing certificate on the basis of Education and Experience.
2) In India, Few agents are there who provide Job and Visa to Singapore, Dubai, China, Hongkong and few Europe countries are they true I am mean they(Agent) talked like that they will do all the procedures and Employment letter with one stroke and the main point is they do not ask for any registration certificate. Is anyone here who went through this way? I am not saying they are wrong or fraud but I am baffled if its true then I have this option. Please guide me.
