1 Year of Shoulder Pain

Hi everyone,i hope you can help me.I train calisthenics from 3 years now,but almost one year ago i started noticing a sharp pain in my front and posterior shoulder:its localized and it only comes the day right after a workout,then it goes away in one or two days.Also,it doesnt hurts if i raise or move the arm,i feel it when i take my elbows back and i touch the spot.I've had an MRI,but it showed nothing,i visited an orthopedic and he told me nothing was wrong with my shoulders.I still trained,only to find that nagging pain the day right after.Please,help me.
