Electrical Sharp Pain, Shooting in Right leg

Over the past months, its been on/off. Primarily, it is triggered when I am sitting and stand up (couch, office chair etc..) I get this electrical sensation on my right leg (near the front right shin area). It does not last more than a second. However, there have been times where I have experienced it while i was standing up and all of a sudden experience the pain while walking. With each stride or mimicking a soccer ball kicking motion, I notice the electrical shock like sensation at that area. Moreover, while standing I also feel an inflamed sensation in my back, which hurts.

When I wear compression socks, I do not feel the pain (electrical shock) in my leg, and is at best bare minimum. Both legs (calves) at times also feel tight.

Sounds like mild entrapment of superficial peroneal nerve - probably where it penetrate fascia which is of variable location. - It would be the upper point in referenced image. https://encrypted-tbn0.gstatic.com/i...16qaNO468dhPUB - Though often more medial. You should find a spot especially tender and might facilitate pain jabs or tingling feeling (a tinel's spot) when active. Injecting spot with steroid might help.
