Attachment in Australia, NZ

Helo..

Jennifer here...malaysian in sarawak, do physio for almost 5 months right now managing a dept by myself. I just need to know whether is it possible for me to do a month or 2 weeks attachment in any sports or musculoskeletal center in australia perhaps.

I wan to learn more about the hands on technique and how management is carry out in australia. Basically, im quite desparate as im kinda lonely and have nobody to discuss any problem regarding treatment. To do a ,masters will be too soon for me so i need anybody who willingly accept me to do attachment.
