I have a patient, 15y.o netballer, who is suspected to have sustained a proximal tibiofibular dislocation, almost 2 months post injury.
At this point she has 5 months to her next competition, and we are wondering if it will be worthwhile to just go ahead with a surgical fixation or continue trying conservative rehab.
