Severe and prolonged lateral tilt

Hi guys I was hoping for some help.

I've been mis diagnosed over the years several times.

I'm 37 athletic build , sports person by. nature. Over the last 10 years I've slowly noticed my condition worsening to now where its difficult for me to spend time on my feet.

Ok so my issues are (hold on therers a few lol)

1. If I relax my muscles I always twist to the right.
2. My right hip and leg hike upwards as far as they will go.

I have the following feelings.

All my legs are tight , lower back tight and the bits on the side

Could anyone offer any advice on what to do ot where to turn , I've been given such a run around I don't know where to turn anymore :(
