Upper trapezius / supraspinatus atrophy? Or bad posture?

Hi
I have had a period of shoulder pain radiating into neck head and jaw or vice versa and had a time where my shoulders and hands were stiff. It was tiring to hold hair dryer. This has now been better since two months with no issue holding my hand up, only intermittent neck shoulder pain, no constant stiffness etc. But my shoulder looks like this. Is this normal that there is a dent below the clavicle or is this atrophy?
