I'm a physiotherapist working at Guy's & St Thomas's Hospital. We are looking to improve the way we collect information on patient's physical activity. We are currently asssessing the IPAQ and Scot- PASQ. We are looking to assess 2 other physical activity questionnaires. I'd be grateful if any one had any others they have used and their experiences with these.
