hm, just thought you were talking about NZ, as you feature the flag; but I see that you have posted your question just about everywhere..
Still don't quite understand what you need: As far as I know for NZ (and my knowledge might be a bit outdated), there are no papers called 'MSK'.
Neither under- nor postgraduate. And exams are usually assignments, practical or VIVAs; no multile choice.
What test in the MSK field are you doing? And where?

I’m preparing for Australian physiotherapy registration and they take written exam MCQ questions In MSK
I am from NZ but I’m not registered in NZ as my graduation was from other country

Do you have any study material for MSK and some cast studies etc

Sorry, no, I heard about those exams but never done one.
Best chance would be the Australian group and ask directly for what it is that you need; maybe, you could also ask for students in Australia to share their reading lists.
Generally, you can find assessment/ treatment guidelines and outcome measures online.
