does anyone know if new grads need this? I have not registered with the hpc since graduating as im not intending to work in the uk but they will only give registered members a letter of good standing, so do i need to pay £122 for this letter??
I was told new grads dont need to fill out work history form so im hoping the same applies for this?

To be honest you should register a.s.a.p and remain registered. To come off the register or never take up registration in the first place could be a real pain to get back on it in the future. So as you are a new grad you should get on now as you never know whether they will ask you in the future to do some type of exam to get back on after a period of non-registration. I wouldn't risk it!
