Back of knee pain and pain in big toe joint

Hi,

It might be that you have compensated when walking or running because of your poor toe mobility.
I would try releasing the calf and the lower leg muscles on the inside and see if this changes your symptoms. Foam rolling that area would be a good idea as well.
