US Physical Therapist to New Zealand Registration

Hi all! I am a US physical therapist and starting the registration process. I am about 2.5 years out of school but have only had 2 jobs as a PT. For the verification of work, I know I need 3...can I have 2 people from the same job or should I use clinical work from when I was in school? Or do I use work from a different occupation? That leads into my second question, on the CV, do I include any work that was not as a physio?
