Bike - Back senario

Got a problem that I need your problem-solving brains to help me with.
I have a 22kg ebike that is about 6inches to long for the elevator so I have to hick the bike up onto its back wheel.
Unfortunatley this maneurver just kills my back.
Is there any method of flipping the bike onto its back wheel without stressing my back.
Sorry thisis an odd question but I adore my bike, love cycling, but I can't use my bike wihtou debilitating Low back pain, is there another way I haven't considered?
