I have spinal stenosis since I was 40 (6 years ago). I was on 8-10 pain killers for 4-1/2 years. I have had 2 fusions (l4-S1) then 4 laminectomies on right side and a spinal cord stimulator implant. NO GO! I got on this drink 2 years ago and in 3 months I was 100% pain free. 1 years later (almost 1 year ago) I had the stim taken out. I can walk, sit and stand for long periods at a time.
