Hi,
I have calf strain on both legs, mostly likely due to lack of exercise and movement, and muscle imbalance.
Icing of the calf for few days and wearing tight compress helps. But as soon as I stop wearing the compress, the pain returns after 1-2 days.
Can someone please advise how to get rid of this nagging pain ?
