I have come across this forum and created an account.
The reason i am here is that i was wondering what is causing my tight lats SCM and serratus anterior.
I also do have triggerpoints in those muscles which i am trying to release whit little succes…..
Feel free to ask more info.. i hope someone can give me some insight about these issiues.
