Torn bicep?
I noticed a small lump on my right bicep at the gym yesterday, roughly pea sized, sore to touch but didn’t feel it otherwise, I noticed it when looking in the mirror with the right light.
I don’t have any other pain, but this small hard lump has started to bruise now the next day, I’m wondering does this sound like a slight tear or something? It’s located a couple inches above the elbow.

Re: Torn bicep?
There aren't many people who get a torn bicep in real life. On the other hand, it happens a lot. Why?
There's no doubt that the bicep muscle is the most desirable muscle in the whole body. So, bodybuilders tend to work them out a lot, which is why. They have been so excited about building biceps that they over-trained them, which led to an injured bicep.

Re: Torn bicep?
Thanks, I have been training for years, never had something like this before, it has bruised fairly big and the lump is still there, lump hasn’t changed since I first noticed it but the bruise is quite big now
