Lateral ligament swollen

Hi all,

My lateral ligament has been swollen for the past three weeks and is making slow progress, it used to be tender to press on and is less so now but it is still more swollen at the bone than the other side.

Is there any suggestions in recovery for this?

I assume it’s the lateral ligament that is causing the issue (it’s the bone sticking out on the outside of the ankle nearer the bottom of the foot)

Any help with this would be amazing as I’m questioning if I’m doing everything I can to heal as fast as possible
