Indian Physcal Therapist and credentialling for Michigan (CWT 4)

Dear All,

I am a Physical Therapist graduated from India in 1999 and now living in Michigan on J2 status with an EAD.I am cleared for NPTE for NY state,but my plan is to work in Michigan.I am planning to apply for credetial evaluation for Michigan and it looks like i would be assesed by CWT 4.I would like to know if there is anyone from India assessed by CWT 4 recently?.What was the outcome and did you have any courses to take for equivalency?.Please reply and Thank you all for your time.
