Could you forward my message to Emirates employers to stop race discrimination in salaries . e.g. Giving higher salaries to British and American Physiotherapists but give very low salaries to Indian and Philipenese Physiotherapists .
Human rights take place first , then they can develop physiotherapy .

That Emirates Physiotherapy Association or Society should set Conference for Race Discrmination in physiotherapy Emlpoyment in UAE .

my dear first of All EPS ( Emirates Physiotherapy Sociaty) is not the place theat set the the physiotherapist salaries this issues comes from the goverment

and moreover ( if theses indian and Philipinian not satisfied with these salaries the can quit there jops) because the number of National UAE physiotherapist is increasing and they are qualified enought and i hope that all PT department one day will be full of our nationals

Also who works in UAE must have enought satisfication especially because each monthe the goverment provide us with qualified physios from Europe and give us courses , also they sent us for alot of courses also the salaries are more than enought in comparsion to other countries like Egypt, india, phylipen>>>>>>>

If I were you I would say that " Yes , we are discriminating ,and I hope one day all is eliminated " but so sorry you give us evidence through your replies of more discrimination and supporting for race discrimination ,furthermore you refer to humans using the word "these" ,it might be just writing mistake !! and saying they quit ..........One day they will be forced to quit !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
