Pain in lumbosacral area with contalateral shift

Hello everyone!
I have female patient, 33 years old with back pain (deragement 4 - pain in right side of lumbosacral area with contalateral shift and pins in right leg above the knee).
She has problems for the past three weeks.
She had three treatments with me in past four days. Pain is better, pins are gone but the shift is still present.
Her shift is worse after the sitting and it is better with walking.

I can correct her position with McKenzie, and she is doing her home exercise program (by the wall) - but it is only permanent shift reduction.

What is the "expected time" to reduce a shift - completely?

have you tried manually correcting the list and maintaing for a while with visual feedback via mirror.try core spinal stengthening too.

definitely agree, next step should be manual correction if centralization has occurred.
