air in tissues

Hi, After extensive diagnostic tests that revealed nothing, a consented investigatory exam was performed. All three cases I have encountered to date had air aspirated from their tissues thus relieving the cause of pain, weakness and swelling. The source and content of gas are unknown.

Does anyone else know what I am talking about as the internet at present does not? I thank you for your thoughts.

I was wondering if any other injection therapy physio's out there has encountered similar experiences? I look forward to discussing this as I have treated 3 cases successfully to date and wonder how many other patients may have been misdiagnosed.
