Where do you do your conversion degree of physiotherapy?

Dear friends,

I'm from Malaysia, fresh graduates with a diploma in physiotherapy. Currently looking for a conversion degree, have anyone here have any ideas or suggestion where i shall do my conversion degree???

In Malaysia, thers's several IPTA/IPTS offering degree in physiotherapy... one of it is T site, Uitm and UKM... but if am not mistaken Master's Skill also wanna sstart their degree program in physiotherapy also...

ya they were planning to start a degree programme in collaboration with la trobe university australia....
bt its on hold nw i guess...
persuing degree at uitm/ukm is quite difficult as they gv priority to matriks or stpm student i guess....

now masterskill offer bachelor in physiotherapy practice. check out at masterskill website. now with online application features :)

One thing to think about is how quickly physiotherapy education is evolving. In the US a doctorate in physical therapy (DPT) is now the main entry level qualification. In Australia there are already two doctorate programmes (Melbourne Uni and Bond Uni) and other countries are likely to follow suit in the near future. With the DPT you complete and Bachelors in biomedical science or something similar, then apply for the DPT once you graduate.

This is only relevant if you are interested in training in another country and would involve considerable resources on your part. However you should be aware of it. It could be that in a few years a Bachelors degree in physiotherapy will become obsolete. It would be a pity to go to the trouble of getting a Bachelors degree only to find in a very short time that the standard had been further raised.

may i know which online degree physiotherapy course, recognized by government malaysia?

i wish i could do my degree after graduate diploma...
wish can half working, half study....

I am helping my niece look for a college. AIHMSA is another option :)
