Positional talipes

My daughter was born 15 weeks ago with bilateral positional talipes. I was given some very basic exercises to do by the hospital physio and apart from a hip scan (which was normal) she has had no more follow up treatment. He feet are showing some improvement but are still not back to normal. My question is, how long does it take for this problem to resolve? I was given the impression that it should be a matter of weeks not months. Should I be doing more for my daughter? Basically any advice on positional talipes would be appreciated. Thanks.
