Advice needed on CLINICAL REFERENCE for HPC

Hi All,

This forum has been been wonderful in guiding physio aspirants like me through the process. I have another advice to ask from you all.

In the International Application for HPC, page 11 has Clinical Reference. It says "This section is to be completed by the Applicant". After filling all the personal details it asks "Please use the space below to tell us any additional information. Please use extra sheets if necessary". I want to know what the HPC is looking for from an applicant to say in this particular section.

Any HPC members who have gone through the process please give your advice on this subject matter.

I don't have the form in front of me but from memory whoever fills in the reference can leave that part blank, it's just in case the referee wants to add further information about you, I guess for example if you had some sort of disability and they wanted to say that you were fit for the job etc...

most people leave that part blank though:)
